Getting help

Email hello@accessdrop.app with what you were trying to do and the link involved, if there is one. It reaches a person. For anything about your personal data, use privacy@accessdrop.app (see the Privacy Policy).

Most delivery problems are covered step by step in the guides: Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, OneDrive, WeTransfer, Mega and iCloud links that buyers can’t open, and Etsy’s own file limits.

The free link checker in Claude

AccessDrop Link Check is a free connector for Claude that checks whether a buyer can open the link you deliver for a digital download. You don’t need an AccessDrop account to use it. How to add it, what each result means, the hosts it can’t check, its rate limits and troubleshooting are all in the Link Check documentation.

Who runs AccessDrop

AccessDrop is made by Galaxy Technology, a Scottish partnership of Lesley McCoy and Michael McCoy, at 31 Priorwood Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6ZZ, Scotland. It isn’t connected to or endorsed by Etsy, Google, Dropbox, Canva, Microsoft, Apple, OpenAI or Anthropic.
